Stuck in a lock

  • Open RemindLock and use the emergency unlock: once a day, it lifts all locks for 15 minutes.
  • Or drop the reminder: type "I'm dropping" plus its title, and the lock ends.
  • Phone, Messages and your always-allowed apps never lock.

Your subscription

  • Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  • On a new iPhone, tap Restore purchases in RemindLock to get your plan back.
  • Refunds go through Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
